CLICK & COLLECT

Our Click & Collect service offers all the benefits of shopping online combined with specialist personal retail experience in our shop. All you have to do is order your items, select Click & Collect and pick up your item at a time that works for you. When you come to the shop our team will be available to chat and give any advice needed

1. Add your items to your basket

Our website shows stock currently available in the shop. If you don't see the size/colour you are looking for then contact us to check if we can order it in for you. When you find the item you want simply add it to your basket and proceed to the checkout.

2. Checkout using Click & Collect

Once you have finished your shopping online, simply go to the basket and finish off your order by clicking the pick-up in store option which is one of the checkout options. You will also be prompted to fill out all the details in the contact form, so we have your details and are able to contact you about your order.

What does In-store mean

There are two options to consider when purchasing, all our products that are available to order have 2 main descriptions, these are in-store or in-warehouse.

In-store means that they are available in the shop and can be picked up straight away. In warehouse products are available to order, this means they are in stock in our supplier warehouse and can take longer to time period for delivery. Please note in-warehouse items are not available for click and collect - please contact us directly to order in an item that shows as "in warehouse"

When will my order be ready

For each click and collect order we receive, we will email or call you back and confirm when your order is ready for collection. In relation to the purchase of bikes that are ordered, we will contact you and give you a timeframe for collection as some bikes will need to be scheduled for building/collection.

What do I need to collect my order?

Please bring with you your confirmation e-mail, a photo proof of ID (i.e. passport, driving licence), and proof of address. We will hold your order in the shop for 10 days, if you have any problems with getting to us to collect your order please feel free to contact the shop and we will happily extend this time where possible.

Can Someone Else Collect My Order?

Please contact the shop in advance and we will do our best to accommodate any changes relating to collection.

How do I cancel/change my order?

If you wish to cancel your order or make any changes please contact the store directly, contact information can be found here. Please note, full refunds will be made via the original transaction made with our online team.

How do I return my order?

Our normal returns policy applies to all Click & Collect orders, for more information see our RETURNS POLICY. You can also return directly to the store.
